Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using AQON Wallet ("the Service") provided by FIRST SNOW COMPANY LIMITED ("the Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means the digital-asset wallet and related features provided through the AQON Wallet app.
  2. "User" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  3. "Digital asset" means cryptocurrencies and tokens tradable on blockchain networks such as TRON (e.g., USDT).

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect upon posting in the app or at https://aqonwallet.com/en/legal.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will give advance notice of material changes.
  3. Continuing to use the Service after a change is deemed acceptance of the change.

Article 4 (Contents of the Service)

  1. The Service provides features such as custody, sending, receiving, QR payment, transaction-history lookup, and in-app chat for digital assets.
  2. The Service operates on a self-custody basis; the user's private key and seed phrase are stored only on the user's device.
  3. The Company cannot access the user's private key and does not hold or control the user's assets. The Company is not a custodian, financial institution, or exchange.

Article 5 (User Obligations and Responsibilities)

  1. Users must safely keep, at their own responsibility, their seed phrase (mnemonic), PIN, and backup password.
  2. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices.
  3. The Company is not liable for, and cannot recover, asset losses resulting from the loss or exposure of authentication information such as the seed phrase.
  4. Users are responsible for verifying the recipient address and amount themselves, and blockchain transactions cannot be canceled or refunded.
  5. Users must not use the Service for unlawful purposes such as money laundering or illegal transactions.

Article 6 (Community Guidelines and User Content)

  1. The Service includes features for communication between users — such as in-app chat, profiles, and user search — and content generated by users ("User Content").
  2. The Company applies a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable or infringing content and abusive users. Users must not post, transmit, or engage in:
    • profanity, hate, discrimination, harassment, or threats, or any content that is offensive to others or infringes their rights;
    • obscene, violent, or unlawful content, spam, phishing, fraud, or impersonation;
    • any content or conduct that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
  3. Users may report inappropriate content or users, and may block a specific user. Blocked users cannot exchange messages with each other.
  4. Upon receiving a report or becoming aware of a violation, the Company may take necessary measures, including removing the content, restricting features, and suspending or terminating the account.
  5. Responsibility for User Content lies with the user who posted or transmitted it. Reports and related inquiries may be submitted to the contact in Article 12.

Article 7 (Risk Disclosure)

  1. Digital assets are highly volatile in price, and users bear the risks of investing in or holding them on their own.
  2. The Company does not guarantee the value or returns of digital assets.
  3. The Service does not provide trading, investment advice, or brokerage of digital assets.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company is not liable for damages caused by failures, delays, or fee fluctuations of the blockchain network, or by problems with third-party services (nodes, exchanges, etc.).
  2. The Company is not liable for losses caused by user negligence (wrong address entry, seed loss, phishing, etc.).
  3. Liability is limited for service interruptions caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or problems with the user's device.

Article 9 (Change or Suspension of the Service)

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons, and will give advance notice where possible. Even if the Service is discontinued, users can access their assets from a compatible wallet using their seed phrase.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property)

Rights to the Service and related content (including the "AQON" trademark) belong to the Company or its rightful holders, and users may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without the Company's prior consent.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

The interpretation of these Terms and any disputes are subject to applicable law; disputes shall first be resolved through consultation, and if no agreement is reached, by the competent court.
